Marmin Technologies, a leading provider of global e-invoicing solutions, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with IT Wave Sdn Bhd, appointing them as the official reseller for Marmin in Malaysia.

Through this collaboration, IT Wave will lead the sales engagement for the Marmin E-Invoicing Platform and its related solutions, helping Malaysian businesses — especially in the professional services sector such as healthcare, accounting, consulting, and advisory — achieve seamless compliance with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) requirements. This agreement marks a significant milestone in accelerating e-invoicing adoption across professional services industries in Malaysia.

“This partnership with IT Wave strengthens our commitment to Malaysia’s digital transformation journey. By combining IT Wave’s deep expertise in enterprise IT solutions with Marmin’s trusted and compliant e-invoicing platform, we can help professional services
businesses transition smoothly to Malaysia’s e-invoice mandate while optimising their financial operations,” says Sangmesh Hiremath, CEO of Marmin Technologies.

Headquartered in Malaysia, IT Wave was founded by experienced IT professionals with a strong track record in digital transformation and enterprise solutions for SMEs, large enterprises, and healthcare organisations.

“We are proud to collaborate with Marmin Technologies in delivering a future-ready e-invoicing solution tailored for Malaysian businesses. As the IRBM’s e-invoicing mandate draws near, it is crucial — especially for professional service firms — to have a reliable local partner to support a smooth and compliant transition. Through this strategic collaboration, we aim to provide the right tools, expertise, and ongoing support to help businesses not only meet regulatory requirements but also thrive in the evolving digital landscape,” says Vinodh Aravindan, Director of IT Wave.
